It's so sweet of you to brighten my dull face,
In the darkest days, you brought my heart to peace.
My heart skips beats as you tie my shoelace,
So tender, as we walk with the same pace.

Our bond once faced an evil eye’s mark,
Yet the force of love kept its spark.
Nothing is certain—neither network nor phone,
Somehow, the sparks faded as we’ve grown.

Letting go, I embrace the life ahead,
Yet some parts of me mourn what’s dead.
A piece of my heart feels the ache of losing you,
While ego whispers, “Let go, it’s time to renew.”

Still, so sweet of you to leave these memories,
They live forever, life’s cherished accessories.
Though we’ve parted, the love still shines,
A timeless treasure, through the years it binds.
