Being  a teacher I realized that the relation of  teacher and student is not limited to the books instead they are beyond the  books .

 A Student learn lot from a teacher but a teacher also learn a lot from their students .  Patience I learnt from my student like they asked you single question many times  and you as a teacher try different approach to make them understand with smile  because you don't want to let their desire to learn just simply die by shouting on them .

 When a student talk to you  in high tone you feel like angry bird but still you talk to them  and try to know their psychological or any issue that is disturbing them . This way you learn the skill to know perspective of person who is standing in front of you and not losing self control .

when your student loose their motivation or interest in study you try to give them very long heart touching lecture relating things to real life problems to make them aware importance of education and making yourself self independent . In this way you are not just motivating your student even though you are motivating yourself too and slowly steady you are learning  learning public speaking.  If a teacher truly want to learn beyond academics than a classroom filled with students  is enough .
